1. General Questions:

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 15 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at our e-mail caseluxxe@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

 

2. Product Questions

What is the material of this product?

Most of our cases/covers are made with high quality silicone for your satisfaction, while some might have been made out of leather or even metal, that's why we have listed the material for each product on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I see this product in other colors?

Yes, almost all of our phone cases/covers are available in multiple colors. If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page. There are some other color variants are also stored in our warehouses which we can't display here as we can only use 100 variants per-product, if you don't see the color you're looking for, please contact us and we will process your order accordingly if your desired color is available.

 

3. Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EasyPaisa or JazzCash for the individuals especially from Pakistan who don't own a credit/debit card. However, credit/debit card and PayPal payment methods are also available if you're buying from United Kingdoms (UK) and are willing to pay us using those methods.

 

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

 

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time is expected to take 15-30 days as we do not have any warehouses anywhere around the world except China. The processing time usually takes the most. However, this situation is expected to improve in the near future.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is completely FREE no matter from wherever you order. However, we are not responsible for the shores taxes that your particular country charges, so you will have to pay those taxes by yourself.
